The Managing Director, Colonel (Rtd) Julius K. Ithai, is a person who is well experienced on matters of security. He is a retired senior officer from Kenya Defence Forces. He has wide experience on issues of national security, having worked both in Kenya and abroad as a senior security officer. While in Kenya, he has been a member of both the provincial and district security committees, both of which deal with matters of National security. He is a man who is well focused and aims to achieve nothing short of success. He holds a degree in communications engineering and has 21 years of field experience as an officer in the Kenya Defence Forces.
